Cygnet IT Services supports Multi Academy Trusts and over 250 schools in the UK with their MIS and are proud to be fully accredited support and training partners for SIMS, Arbor, and Bromcom MIS.
Previously an LA Team, in 2015, Cygnet IT Services became an independent organisation. We work with LA’s, schools, and Academy Trusts, and are focused on maintaining good customer relationships, excellent levels of service, and providing a no-nonsense approach to support.
Our support services for Trusts and their Academies provide both strategic-level guidance and advice for Trusts and focused day-to-day application, upgrades (where applicable), and user support for individual Academies. Trust staff also have full access to the range of support provided to the individual Academies through our support packages.
