Here at Cygnet IT Services CIC, we build strong relationships that ensure we fully understand our customer's needs, technical knowledge and available resources. With our support, every aspect of IT can be maximised to make day to day delivery easier.
We are proud to establish trusted relationships within local communities, which is reflected in our status as a not-for-profit 'Community Interest Company' - this means as well as providing expert services and business know-how, we strive to support IT development for the benefit of everyone we work with.
Cygnet was the first independent CIC launched from Sutton Borough Council in April 2015. Since then, our social enterprise has expanded and continues to support many organisations and schools in Sutton and across Surrey and the South East.

Darren has been with Cygnet since its formation in April 2015, continuing his career in IT which he started in 1998. He previously worked in IT Support within Sutton Council, before moving to Cygnet, their first independent Community Interest Company.
With experience in public services, education, charity sector and an engineering background in IT support, Darren brings both a wealth of experience and a hands on attitude to the company.
Having spent 12 years working within the service industry, Sarah supported the design of an in-house reservation database which offered worldwide system support. She then joined the Cygnet MIS team over 10 years ago in early 2010.
In addition to day-to-day helpdesk, she also supports schools with consultancy, training, and projects, including assisting with the setup and analysis of their assessment data, plus staff training on various areas of schools MIS.
Ant Kittle is an IT professional with more than 18 years’ experience working with education, finance and government organisations, and has been with Cygnet since June 2017.
With wide ranging IT experience; from support and technical architecture to senior management, Ant brings many years’ experience of project management to Cygnet, including department restructures, IT strategy and managing large budgets.
Mark has been with Cygnet since the start. He is experienced working across the technical field - helpdesk, engineering, field work and project delivery - and brings that wealth of experience and expertise to Account and Project Management, helping to ensure that our levels of service, delivery and customer experience remain as high as possible.
Mandy has been with Cygnet since the beginning and is the longest standing member of the management team. With her calm approach and quick thinking, she heads up Cygnet's Admin team. In addition to managing the day-to-day aspects of running a company, Mandy oversees the procurement of IT equipment and consumables for customers.
