FMS Payment Processing – Summer 2023

Overview

This course is perfect for Finance Officer, Finance Assistants and Clerical Assistant who are new to FMS but have covered the beginner’s course.   By the end of this course, it will enable staff to have a better understanding of processing payments (Cheques & Bacs) and recording debit and charge card payments.

This course will cover: –

• Cheque and BACS Processing
• Payment by debit card
• Payment by charge Card.

Pre- Requisites

As this course is aimed mainly at new office users of FMS who have already understand purchase orders and invoices on FMS system and who want to progress to payments.

• Courses may occasionally be cancelled when the minimum number of applications required have not been received. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any such cancellation via email to everyone who has applied for a place on that course.
• Any applicable payments must be made in full prior to attendance on the course. If applicable your establishment will be invoiced for course places before the course has taken place.
